Marco and his team came to the rescue several times over the last couple of months. We’ve had two post construction (final) cleans that we didn’t have the man-power to get through. We needed assistance and they came through for us beautifully. Marco is very professional both verbally and in writing. He also has great follow-through and attention to detail that is hard to find. They were fast, reliable and did a great job cleaning the outside and inside areas we specified. I’m very thankful we found Marco and his crew!

We hired Neat-N-Fresh to perform the final cleaning on our new construction convenience store project. They were able to fit into our tight schedule without any issues and worked around our other contractors while finishing their work as well. They performed all services necessary to turn over a clean and exceptional space for our customer. They performed cleaning of all windows inside and out as well as the frames and doors, all of the parking bollards as well as the fuel pumps at the outside canopy, all interior flooring as well as wall tile and trim, floor to ceiling cleaning including all fixtures in the bathroom, all new stainless steel kitchen equipment, soda dispensers, food cases, inside and outside of new coolers including floor, walls, shelves, and glass doors. They even scrubbed and polished the VCT flooring in the kitchen areas. They were also able to sweep and power wash areas of the new parking lot. This all made for a quality turn over at the time of completion. We are currently about to finish another project that Neat-N-Fresh will be providing their services again and we are looking forward to using their services in the future.

The Neat-N-Fresh team is performing a post-construction cleaning at our remolded office building. They are budget friendly and flexible with recurring cleanings due to delays in construction. We are pleased with their performance.

I hired Neat-N-Fresh to perform a final cleaning of our commercial building once construction was complete. They were able to clean all areas of the two stories building from top to bottom, including the exterior. Scope included cleaning of all furniture, vacuuming, dusting, mopping tile floors, polishing of VCT, pressure washing exterior metal panels, and even cleaning sidewalks and drive lanes.
